SPARROW WILL GLADLY ACCEPT ITEMS PURCHASED AND RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE. SIMPLY EMAIL US AT hello@shopsparrowboutique.com. YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND WHAT YOU NEED TO RETURN. FOR AN EASY RETURN, WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL. SHIP IT BACK TO US AND WE WILL DEDUCT THE RETURN LABEL COST FROM YOUR RETURN ORDER. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE REST VIA A GIFT CARD THAT WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY TO YOUR EMAIL.

Once we receive the item(s) back, you will receive a gift card to your email just minus the label fee! Please note that we will only be able to process the return if the item still has tags attached and is unworn/unaltered from the original purchase.
