All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit does not expire and may be applied toward any future purchase at Sparrow Boutique.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: sale items, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, home goods, and gift cards.

Sparrow Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or does not meet the conditions stated above. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
