Feelings Deck for Kids

For kids to recognize feelings in themselves and others, they first need to have words for those feelings. This deck teaches a range of 30 emotins -- from grumpy and worried to grateful and proud -- through accessible meditations and hands on activities. The cards explore how emotions show up in the body and help kids to:
